I placed an order, but I changed my mind and would like to cancel my order.
Please understand all sales is final and eBay has very strict requirement to seller to ship as soon as possible therefore order cancellation is not allowed. If you did not pay for the item, you can cancel through eBay procedure (request to cancel). If you already pay for the item, your order will be automatically processed and will post it accordingly. Due to high cost in eBay/PayPal commission, we may reserve 25% restocking fee for order cancellation before shipment (it is subjected to our luck to find your valid cancellation request before shipment - please use eBay request to cancel message, do not simply send eBay message, very important!!!).
Please note in case if we shipped the item, no more cancellation is allowed!!! If buyer failed to collect the item, it will never return to us, and instead it will be discarded eventually even it is returned to sender (which is shipping agent, not us). So, buyer still need to pay for full price for his order even he does not collect it!!!!!
My address has changed and I would like to change my address for the order.
Buyer must ensure you had provided a correct shipping address before you confirmed payment. Please note once payment made, your order will be processed automatically therefore we do not know you need to change anything. Any lost/delay will be 100% responsible by buyer.
However, we still encourage you to contact us immediately through eBay message, if you are lucky enough, we will see your message before your parcel actually pass to postman, then we may be able to help (we will do the best, but no guarantee, please understand!!!)
If item is posted and buyer move to new location during the delivery process, there will have chance that you cannot collect the item. If this is the case, it is buyer responsibility to contact USPS to find a way to collect the item. We may not be able to get the item back even it is said returned to sender, because sender can mean shipping agent in your local countries, which is not us.
My product packaging has been damaged
Per manufacturer, the product packaging is designed to protect the product, so unfortunately our supplier do not offer replacements for damaged packaging. Please understand we are re-seller (who do buy and sell) and our item is brand new from manufacturer and is never opened by ourselves. Thus, we are unable to control any unexpected defects like missing parts, broken, or non-function (e.g., electronic products with battery leaks). Buyer is supposed to repair by himself in case if this happens.
As a responsible seller, sometimes we may help. Please do not hesitate to report any and all problems with products received within 3 to 5 days of the items being received. We will evaluate and advise the best proposal. Sometimes if buyer think partial refund can settle the situation please propose a reasonable amount for us to consider. We will take it serious and we hope every transaction will be succeed with win-win situation and fair trade.
How can I track my order? When will my shipment arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number. Shipment normally takes 7-28 days. The actual date of delivery will also depend on the country the items are being sent to as well as the carrier selected at checkout. Please understand in rare situation, actual delivery can even take longer time like 2-3 months. We will always standby to provide any assistance in this special occasion therefore please work with us together until problem is solved.
Buyer is not supposed to file eBay or PayPal claim suddenly after 60 days of purchase, instead, please report any undelivered packages within 45 days of a tracking number being assigned. we will provide our best suggestion to help and hopefully everything can be settled within 60 days (of course, in some rare situation it can up to 90 days but we never want unless this is the best resolution upon evaluation the case)
For economy shipping, we will choose the available postage at lowest cost offered by post office. If e-Express is available for your countries, we will select it. Please note e-Express does not provide any compensation which means buyer still need to pay full price even he does not receive/collect the items.
For standard shipping (additional cost is needed during checkout), we will choose either SpeedPAK by Orange Connex or Registered airmail by post office. Please note SpeedPAK by Orange Connex does not provide any compensation which means buyer still need to pay full price even he does not receive/collect the items.
For Expedited shipping (additional cost is needed during checkout), we will normally choose Speedpost by Hong Kong Post. Speedpost is supposed the best shipping options and shipment normally takes 5-14 days to arrive (in rare cases, it can take longer time due to custom clearance).
Sometimes we may free upgrade to use better shipping choice but this is subjecting to our final decision!!! Our primary objective is to do our best to ensure your order will be deliver to you successfully!!!
For shipment with Speedpost or Airmail by Hong Kong Post, it will return to us in case if buyer do not collect the item, but due to expensive international postage has been paid for shipment, we will charge buyer this postage fee on top of 25% restocking fee. You can expect shipping cost can be at minimum 20% to 50% or even up to 70% of the sales price. This is truth because some items are really selling at a price that is actually losing money just acts as special promotion to drive traffic to our store or as a welcome discounts to customers!
My shipment has been stopped for customs clearance, or at some distribution center nodes. Can this be prevented?
Unfortunately, we do not have control over this process. Delivery may be delayed depending on the customs clearance and shipping agents procedures for your country. Also, please note that any import taxes and other fees (such as customs clearance fees) may be imposed by your country/region. Taxes and fees incurred after shipment are the customer's responsibility. Import and customs regulations differ per region, so please contact your local customs office directly for more information.
I received my order and would like to return it. What is your return policy?
Please note customers have 30 days from when the item was delivered to request a return through eBay return process. Orders past this date cannot be returned.
Apparel items must be returned unwashed and unworn. Apparel items returned with defects or odors will be rejected.
Items Opened/damaged will not be accepted. Customer has 5 business days from the date received to report any issues with items through eBay message before a return is initiated.
Buyer need to pay for return postage. Please note!!!

Sometimes this happens due to wrong listing or mix up, if buyer can accept the item, we can offer partial refund or future discounts to settle.
We will pay for the shipping cost if items remain unopened. Please help to keep it in good conditions. Upon receiving the return item, we will send you again the correct item at our cost, or refund in case if item is sold out.
Occasionally, we found wrong order is due to shipper mistakes (in this case, you will receive a totally different items which can be something not from our store), if this is the case, we need to work together and deal with shipper. If shipper confirm this is his mistakes, it imply item is lost but we will do 100% refund to buyer and make the claim to the shipper hopefully to minimize our loss. We hope you will understand we are fair and fact based decision.
